Rio Celeste is one of the most wonderful places in Costa Rica! The river is located in the base of Tenorio Volcano National Park. The bright turquoise color of the water makes Rio Celeste one of Costa Rica’s most attractive places to visit. It is considered a magical place, a place where God washed his brush after painting heaven. You will take a nice walking path through the rainforest, passing a variety of colorful flora and fauna, a breathtaking waterfall, and bubbling hot springs. Hidden in the rainforest is the teñideros, where the two rivers converge and the unique color continues to flow without losing its gorgeous turquoise color. This is a must see!
